CNC Custom Engraving

This computerized, high-precision method can create irregular shapes and plastic engravings with consistency and quality while also cutting production time in half and eliminating human error.

Vacuum Forming

Vacuforming heats plastic to a forming temperature so that it can be wrapped into or onto a mold.

Two-Part Epoxy Bond

This durable method can eliminate visual signs of glue and screw joints but is also resistant to chemical and environmental damage.

Injection Moulding

This four-step process injects plastic into a mold to achieve a custom, desired shape.

Die Cutting

This cost-effective method cuts shapes into plastic sheets by pressing a sharp-edged blade through one or several layers of sheets.

Vinyl Graphics

This method cuts an image or text from vinyl film which is then applied to the substrate.

Sandblasting
