Injection Moulding

There are four basic steps to the injection moulding process.  Starting with the conversion of the hard granular pellets into the liquid consistency necessary for injection.  Second, the melt is injected into the cavity or cavities of the mould.  Next, the part is chilled in the mould to return the melt to its original rigid state.  The final step is the removal of the moulded part from the mould cavity.
